Challenge:
How might we make the Risk platform user friendly to scale the platform to larger target audience with different personas?
Approach:
Heuristic analysis of the current platform
Design recommendations for quick wins
Pushed back and advocated for User centered design thinking
IA and wireframe designs for new feature requests
Down the hallway testing with smaller design updates
Accessibility review
Usability testing with mixed participants (previous use)
Evaluated the overall system with SUS
Presented report based on SUS and reported UX, accessibility, short term and long term design recommendations.
Impact:
The output of the project was that I was able to introduce and reinforce User centricity in an agile product development cycle and the platform was now prepared to scale further.
